This Labor Day weekend, over 100 of L.A.'s best restaurants are coming to the Paramount backlot for five themed food and drink events.

Friday, September 1 • 7:30 - 10:30 p.m.
Opening Night
Enjoy an opening night soirée mingling with The LA Times' hosts along with many of the weekend's participating chefs and bartenders. Guests will partake in a focused collection of tastings, distinctive cocktail and wine offerings. Field to Fork
Lift a glass in celebration of California's incredible bounty. We've curated an amazing selection of L.A. restaurants to prepare fresh-focused dishes using locally sourced ingredients. Join host LA Times food editor Amy Scattergood and co-host chef Sang Yoon (Lukshon/Father's Office) in enjoying the brilliant flavors of seasonal cooking. 21 and over only.

Saturday, September 2 • 7:30 - 10:30 p.m.
Dinner with a Twist
What could be more L.A. than a cocktail party on a Hollywood backlot? That's exactly what Jonathan Gold and Jenn Harris of The LA Times, and Antonia Lofaso of Marco A. Ramos of Scopa Italian Roots, Black Market Liquor Bar and Antonia Lofaso Catering - have in store. Guests will enjoy innovative tastes from the city's best restaurants, plus fine wines, beers and, of course, handcrafted cocktails. 21 and over only.

Sunday, September 3 • 12 p.m. - 3 p.m.

Sunday Block Party
It's Labor Day Weekend, so put down the tongs, take off the apron, and let L.A.'s top chefs and mixologists do the work for you. They'll be serving up all the best ingredients: delicious dishes, tasty cocktails, fine wines and cold brews. So join host Noelle Carter of The Times and co-host Sherry Yard of Tuck Room Tavern for the ultimate block party. 21 and over only.

Sunday, September 3 • 7:30 - 10:30 p.m.
