Formerly Hollywood Center Studios and located in the Hollywood Media District, it is a recent addition to Hudson Pacific’s holdings. Home of early Harold Lloyd movies and later Francis Ford Coppola’s Zoetrope. Jean Harlow began her career here in Howard Hughes’ 1927 film Hell’s Angels.
