Chaparelle is an American Alt-Country/Folk trio founded by the creative and romantic partnership of indie-pop artist Zella Day and folk musician Jesse Woods, later adding noted Texas producer Beau Bedford to solidify their sound, which channels the golden age of country duets like Gram Parsons and Emmylou Harris with a modern, sultry edge, as heard on their 2025 debut album, Western Pleasure. Tyler Ballgame, on the other hand, is an American singer-songwriter, originally from Rhode Island and now based in Los Angeles, known for his alternative indie-pop sound that evokes nostalgia and draws inspiration from the classic songwriting of the 1960s and 70s, crafting an elegant, soulful crooner persona and focusing on “radical presence” in his performances, all while preparing to release his debut full-length album, For The First Time, Again.
