Fading actress Madeline Ashton steals plastic surgeon Ernest Menville from her rival, Helen Sharp, fueling years of toxic feuding. Both women separately acquire an immortality elixir from a mysterious sorceress, which grants eternal youth but not invulnerability. After Ernest accidentally injures Madeline, they discover they are now grotesquely unkillable. Forced to rely on Ernest’s mortuary skills to repair their damaged bodies, the two immortal “frenemies” plot to turn him immortal as well, to ensure his eternal service.
