Some nights invite you to listen closely, and others pull you straight into the rhythm. This one does both. At Blue Note Jazz Club Los Angeles, Katalyst delivers a sound that feels fluid, modern, and deeply rooted in groove.

The collective is powered by an exceptional lineup of musicians, including pianist Brandon Cordoba, saxophonist David Otis, Grammy award winning trombonist Jonah Levine, keyboardist and pianist Brian Hargrove, percussionist Ahmad Dubose, upright bassist Corbin Jones, bass guitarist Marlon Spears, and founder and drummer Greg Paul. Together, they create a sound that blends jazz, hip hop, and electronic influences into something effortlessly cohesive.

Expect a set that moves between improvisation and tight rhythmic pockets, where each musician has space to shape the energy of the room.
