Slum Village

Detroit hip-hop innovators Slum Village bring their influential sound to Blue Note Los Angeles for a two-night engagement. Founded in the early 1990s by Baatin, T3, and Jay Dee/J Dilla, the group helped define a deeply soulful, underground approach to hip-hop that continues through T3 and Grammy-nominated producer Young RJ. The performance offers a rare chance to experience a foundational hip-hop legacy in Blue Note’s intimate setting.
