The Elliott Caine Quintet brings a vibrant night of jazz to Catalina Jazz Club, drawing inspiration from the classic 1960s Blue Note sound as well as the Latin jazz energy of Tito Puente and Mongo Santamaria. Known for original compositions and interpretations of work by artists such as Lee Morgan, Hank Mobley, and Donald Byrd, the group offers a stylish, rhythmically rich performance rooted in hard bop, Latin influence, and the warmth of a live jazz room.
