EMMA NISSEN
October 13 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Rising jazz-pop vocalist Emma Nissen brings her distinctive “Jesus and Jazz” sound to Blue Note Los Angeles, blending faith-centered songwriting with jazz phrasing, scat singing, and a warm contemporary pop sensibility. Her breakout came after a video of her scatting on the song “Breathe” went viral, helping introduce her expressive voice to a rapidly growing international audience.
Following the release of her 2026 album Moved, Nissen continues to build a live show centered on heartfelt storytelling, vocal agility, and a fresh approach to jazz-influenced Christian music. There is an additional performance at 9:30 pm.
