Artur Zakiyan: Solo Piano

Armenian pianist and composer Artur Zakiyan returns to Catalina Jazz Club for two intimate solo-piano performances shaped by his cultural roots and a richly cinematic musical sensibility. His style blends classical technique with atmospheric textures and the emotional character of Armenian musical traditions.

The program features Zakiyan’s original compositions, masterpieces of Armenian music, and selected works from the world-music repertoire, creating an evening that moves between virtuosity, reflection, and expressive storytelling.
